All of our products are made to order, which allows us to offer a wide range of high-quality, custom items just for you. Because each item is made specifically for your order, our return and refund policy is slightly different from traditional stores. Please review our policy below for details.


1. Returns and Exchanges

Since each product is custom-made when you place an order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please double-check all product details, including sizing charts, before making your purchase.

However, if there is an issue with the quality or print of your item, please reach out to us—we’re here to help!

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ll be happy to replace it at no additional cost. To initiate a claim for a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Include a photo of the damaged or defective item along with a description of the issue.
  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please get in touch with us. We will investigate the issue and work to provide a solution.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following cases only:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or with a significant printing error.
  • The incorrect item was sent due to a processing error.

Please note that refunds for printed clothing, like t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies, are not available for sizing issues or change of mind, as each product is made specifically for you.
